Returns:
As this product is made to order, returns are generally not possible. In case of quality issues, we apply clear warranty conditions.

Delivery & transport:
Each Cold Plunge System is delivered directly from our production facility. We work with established European transport partners. They often combine multiple shipments, which limits time flexibility. Production time is 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery times are confirmed 3–5 business days before shipment. Prefer to pick it up yourself? Pick-up is possible by arrangement.
