Your statutory warranty rights
A product must conform to the contract and what you may reasonably expect. In the Netherlands, statutory warranty has no fixed end date: product type, price, information provided and expected use are relevant. A commercial manufacturer warranty does not limit these rights.

AMBCORE remains your contact
Email info@ambcore.nl with your order number and a description. Photos or video can help but are not a condition for exercising statutory rights. You do not have to resolve an issue solely with the manufacturer.
Repair, replacement or another remedy
If a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to free repair or replacement under the statutory rules, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Necessary costs, including transport, labour and materials, are not yours to pay. If repair or replacement is unsuitable or impossible, a price reduction or termination may be appropriate. We assess this under the statutory conditions.
Use and maintenance
Follow supplied instructions for placement, connection, water quality, cleaning, frost protection and safe use. Normal wear or damage demonstrably caused by misuse is not the same as an original defect. A wearing part or cosmetic defect is not excluded in advance: that part must also conform to the contract.
Any additional warranty
An additional warranty applies only if expressly stated with the product or in your confirmation. It identifies the guarantor, duration, cover and procedure. We do not make a general promise of an unconfirmed manufacturer warranty period.
Business use
Ordering for a gym, studio or hotel? Have suitability, use intensity, maintenance and any commercial warranty confirmed in writing before purchase. Consumer rights and business agreements are separate arrangements.
