This shipping policy explains how AMBCORE processes and ships your orders. We aim to deliver your products quickly and safely.
2. Processing Times
2.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
2.2 Shipping Preparation
After payment, we prepare your order for shipping. This usually takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
2.3 Exceptions
Certain products may require longer processing times. This will be clearly indicated on the product page. Custom or made-to-order products may require 5-10 business days for processing.
3. EU Delivery
AMBCORE ships to all countries of the European Union. Here are our standard delivery times:
Netherlands: 2-3 business days
Belgium, Germany, France: 3-5 business days
Other EU countries: 5-10 business days
These times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, shipping partner, or customs processing.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Destination (EU country)
- Package weight
- Shipping method (standard or express)
4.2 Free Shipping
We periodically offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount. This will be clearly indicated on our website.
4.3 Shipping Methods
We work with reliable European shipping partners. Standard shipping is via DPD, DHL, or similar services.
5. Track & Trace
All orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- A link to track your package in real-time
- Automatic updates on the status of your delivery
You can track your package via the link in your email or by entering the tracking number on the shipping partner's website.
6. Shipping Issues
6.1 Delayed Delivery
If your package does not arrive on time, please contact us at info@ambcore.nl.
We will investigate and assist you.
6.2 Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us. We will help you arrange a replacement or refund.
6.3 Lost Package
If your package is lost, please contact us. We will contact the shipping partner and help you arrange a replacement or refund.
6.4 Incorrect Address
If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We may still be able to redirect the package before it is shipped.
7. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is received by the shipping partner. We recommend considering shipping insurance for valuable orders.
8. Customs and Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are your responsibility and are not paid by AMBCORE. You are responsible for paying any customs duties.
