Clear delivery arrangements start before you order. Planning and shipping differ between large AMBCORE systems and smaller recovery or training products.
Cold plunges, hot tubs and saunas
These systems are made to order. Indicative production time is 4–6 weeks, plus transport time. Production time is not a guaranteed delivery date. We agree the delivery timing with you.
System prices include standard transport to an accessible delivery location in supported EU countries. Available destinations are shown when ordering. Crane work, lifting over buildings, foundations, garden placement and electrical connections are not included.
For islands, restricted access and special unloading, contact us beforehand. We can then agree and quote any additional work before purchase.
Preparing for a large delivery
- Check access width, the supporting surface and clear space.
- Agree the unloading method and any required equipment in advance.
- Have electrical connections assessed by a qualified installer.
- Arrange placement and connection separately if not included in your quotation.
Recovery gear, training products and separate accessories
Processing and delivery depend on the item and availability. We communicate the schedule with your order. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. A large-system delivery estimate does not automatically apply to these items.
Receipt, delays and service
Where tracking is available, you receive it after processing. We inform you if the schedule changes. Check your order on arrival and report damage promptly with photos of the product and packaging, so we can help effectively. This does not affect your statutory rights.
