AMBCORE Products
1. Introduction
AMBCORE wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains how to return products and under what conditions you can receive a full refund.
2. Return Window
2.1 Physical Products
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return physical products. The return period begins on the day you receive the package, not on the day of purchase.
2.2 Digital Products
Digital products (courses, training materials, e-books) are non-refundable after purchase, unless a technical issue arises that we cannot resolve.
2.3 Academy Subscriptions
Academy subscriptions can be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel them at any time.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused: The product must not have been worn, washed, or used
- Original packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all labels intact
- Complete: All parts, accessories, and documentation must be present
- Undamaged: The product must not show any damage or wear and tear
- Return request: You must submit a return request before returning the product
4. Return Procedure
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Send an email to info@ambcore.nl with your order number and reason for return. Clearly state that you wish to return the product.
Step 2: Return Approval
We will review your return request and send you a return approval with a return address within 2 business days.
Step 3: Return Product
Send the product in its original packaging to the provided return address. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Shipping costs for returns are at your expense, unless the product is defective.
Step 4: Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. If it meets all conditions, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
5. Refund Details
- Amount: Full purchase price including VAT
- Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective
- Return costs: Return costs are at your expense
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection
- Payment method: Refunds are sent to the same payment method as the original purchase
6. Defective Products
If you discover that your product is defective or does not meet our quality standards:
- Contact us immediately at info@ambcore.nl with photos of the defect
- We will assess the defect and provide you with instructions
- Shipping costs for returns of defective products will be paid by AMBCORE
- You will receive a full refund or replacement as per your preference
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products (courses, e-books, training materials)
- Academy subscriptions after 14 days
- Products outside the 30-day return period
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us at info@ambcore.nl. We will help you find the correct product. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

Recommended Products (External Suppliers)
1. Introduction
AMBCORE recommends certain products from external suppliers that complement our services. These products are shipped and delivered directly by the external supplier. This return policy describes how returns for these recommended products are handled.
2. Return Window
Recommended products from external suppliers have their own return policies. The return window is usually:
- 30 days: Most recommended products can be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Supplier-specific: Some suppliers may have different return periods. Always check the return conditions of the specific supplier
- Original condition: Products must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation intact
3. Return Procedure

Contact the external supplier directly using the contact details on your order confirmation. AMBCORE can assist you with contact details if you do not have them.
Step 2: Return Approval
The supplier will review your return request and provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
Step 3: Return Product
Return the product to the address provided by the supplier. Use a shipping method with tracking. Shipping costs are generally at your expense.
Step 4: Refund
Once the supplier receives and inspects your return, they will process your refund. This may take 5-10 business days, depending on the supplier.
