AMBCORE sells selected performance and recovery products. Features, included parts, options and price are stated on each product page. Check them before ordering.

Some products are manufactured after ordering. Expected production time is not total delivery time. Product information and our shipping policy explain what to expect for your order.

After ordering, you receive confirmation at the email address provided. If an order unexpectedly cannot be fulfilled, we contact you.

Consumer prices are displayed in euros including applicable VAT. Any additional delivery charges are stated before completing the order. The price confirmed on completing your order applies; later changes do not alter it. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

We deliver to destinations available at checkout. Lead times vary by product. For made-to-order goods, transport time is additional to production. Further information is provided with the product and in our shipping policy.

For consumer deliveries, AMBCORE generally remains responsible for loss or damage in transit until you or your designated recipient receives the goods. The statutory exception applies if you appoint a carrier not offered by AMBCORE as a delivery option.

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period after receipt for online purchases. Exceptions, procedure, possible return costs and refunds are explained in our returns and refund policy.

A product manufactured after ordering is not automatically excluded from withdrawal rights. If a statutory exception applies to an individually specified or clearly personalised configuration, we tell you before purchase.

Goods must meet what you may expect under the contract. If delivered incorrectly, damaged or defective, contact info@ambcore.nl. AMBCORE is your contact as seller for statutory purchase rights. Any manufacturer warranty does not limit them.

Use products according to supplied instructions. Training and recovery information on this website is general information, not personal medical advice.

If we offer digital products, their content, delivery and terms are stated with the product. Immediate delivery of digital content removes the statutory withdrawal period only if the legal conditions have been met.

Text, images, trademarks and other content belong to AMBCORE or are used with permission. Use beyond what the law permits requires prior permission from the rights holder.

Our privacy policy explains how AMBCORE processes personal data.

Agreements with AMBCORE are governed by Dutch law. This choice does not limit mandatory consumer protection that may apply in your country of residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply to disputes.
